Following the departure of an experienced team member, I reached out to DSP to provide my finance team with some key Oracle v11i EBS support. Over the last few months we have been working with Husein Fazal and during this time Husein has demonstrated excellent customer support and knowledge of the Oracle system.

To date we have worked on Fixed Assets and Accounts Payable, with future plans to expand into Receivables and General Ledger. Husein has supported our users understanding of the system and processes, helped develop improved reporting tools and demonstrated expert knowledge of how the system is used in practice, not just technically.

To support our reporting and data automations journey, he has also show excellent customer service in providing cost effective and working solutions for our business.
