Before DSP, Phil's career is marked by significant achievements. At Rackspace Technology, he served as VP & GM for the Middle East and Africa, VP for Global Advisors & APJ GM, and VP of Professional Services & Solutioning. During this time, he was instrumental in securing a sovereign cloud services MoU with the Saudi government, launching AI-driven growth initiatives, and scaling the Professional Services business from $5M to $100M in under three years, including the integration of a major German M&A.
He spent 22 years at Oracle, culminating as VP of Cloud Services for EMEA, where he delivered innovative IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions and oversaw significant process redesigns that enhanced service quality and customer affinity
